Process

How it comes into your club

Create the event Date, location, mood — plus menu and agenda when you need them. Upload a header image or generate one with AI (poster, sport, or photo, optional image idea). After saving: the event overview — turn on agenda, tickets, and finances with the other modules; later edits under Basics. Ticket sales for a fixed date only.
Share & sell On the event overview under Invite guests: copy, WhatsApp, SMS, or QR — plus NFC. Guests RSVP, buy tickets, and receive their pass.
Host live Messaging, check-in, seating and Social Wall run in parallel — you stay the host.

Up to 10 events per club term — beyond that by arrangement.
