Live polls

Mentimeter-style as an event feature: prepare questions, optionally schedule them, run them live — each series (event-wide or agenda item) gets its own live wall. Guests answer in a phone popup. Default: check-in or agenda signup; optionally allow voting without check-in for pre-event surveys (e.g. expectations). Animated results, anonymous or named; show or hide results. Open-ended answers, quiz type-ins and Q&A appear as bubbles on the live wall; if they don’t fit on one page, the wall pages automatically. Light, soft, or dark design plus accent colour.

Planning at the event

Agenda, bring list, shifts, date poll, finances — modules you turn on as needed.

Photos & memories

Guests upload media; you moderate. Later you flip through the same evening — and optionally on the wall.

Classic or Studio page layout

Under Basics you choose the guest-page layout. Classic stays the default. Studio: sticky header with menu, CTA (RSVP → check-in → photos), and modules you reorder one by one — only those turned on for the event. Optional hero claim plus colors and type for this event only — the same display fonts as the Social Wall, with live preview.

AI copy, headers & languages

Let AI draft invitation and schedule, and generate a 16:9 poster-style banner. For matches, “Sport” puts club crests in the picture as real objects. Guests read event content via AI in their language — you do not type twice.

Process

How it comes into your club

Create the event Date, location, mood — plus menu and agenda when you need them. Upload a header image or generate one with AI (poster, sport, or photo, optional image idea). After saving: the event overview — turn on agenda, live polls, tickets, and finances with the other modules; later edits and page layout (Classic or Studio, sort the modules that are on, type like the Social Wall) under Basics. Ticket sales for a fixed date only.
Share & sell On the event overview under Invite guests: copy, WhatsApp, SMS, or QR — plus NFC. Guests RSVP, buy tickets, and receive their pass.
Host live Messaging, check-in, seating, Social Wall and live polls run in parallel — prepare ahead, run series live. You stay the host.

Up to 10 events per club term — beyond that by arrangement.
