Stay reachable — without putting your number on the car, door, or barn.

PINGCode is your anonymous contact gateway: reporters scan QR or NFC on the ContactMe badge, pick a topic, and send you a message — optionally continue in chat. Your private contact details and guestbook stay hidden.

Benefit

PINGCode — what it gets you

Parking dents, blocked driveways, deliveries, neighbors — reachable without losing privacy.

Contact anonymously

Reporters reach you — without your number being visible.

Topic buttons

You decide what reporters can ping you about.

Optional chat

Keep writing after submit — up to 5 photos on the form and 5 in the chat. A shared location stays visible in the chat, even without photos. Messages appear in the viewer’s language (writing language is detected; translated bubbles show the original). Reporter name required in chat; email/phone optional for follow-up.

SMS & email

Recipients are your vCards. SMS only with a phone number and credit. Reporters in chat are notified by SMS and email if they left contact details — no code name or guestbook hint, only the chat link.

ContactMe badge + QR

Physical badge with QR (and NFC) — plus a QR SVG to download; requests and chats go away after 48 hours without interaction.

Process

How it comes into your club

  1. Order PINGCode in the store — arrives as a ContactMe badge, quantity as needed.
  2. Set up Photo, greeting, topics, vCard recipients, and channels — optional chat for reporters. Otherwise the code stays “being prepared”.
  3. Place it On the car, bike, camper, door, shed, or stable.

PINGCode is activated individually or purchased by quantity.
