Partner Program Privacy

These notices supplement the general Privacy Policy for the friends4life Partner Program.

2. Application

When submitting a partner application, we process, among other things, name, email, optionally company, type, phone, website, social handles and follower figures, free-text descriptions of the person/marketing/target audience, and technical metadata (time, IP). Purpose: review and contact. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

3. Partner account / portal

After activation: login data (email, password hash), partner code, status, commission ledger, optionally payout details (IBAN/BIC/account holder or PayPal email). Purpose: performance of the partner program contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Attribution

To attribute purchases, we store partner references in session and cookie f4l_partner_ref (first-touch, typically 30 days) as well as attributions to orders/clubs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR.

5. Payout

Payout details are processed only for the payout itself (target: processing on the 1st of the month) and for record-keeping purposes, and are not disclosed to third parties for advertising purposes. Payment service providers (e.g. bank/PayPal) receive the data necessary for the transfer.

6. Retention period / rights

Application data, if rejected, is generally kept only as long as needed for traceability; partner and billing data is kept according to commercial/tax retention periods or until the account is deleted. Rights and contact as in the general Privacy Policy (access, rectification, erasure, objection, complaint).
