Instructions on withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For services, the period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Friends4Life.club by KERN|flip, Dahlemstr. 5, 53359 Rheinbach, Germany, email: hello@kernflip.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model form below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions / lapse

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive (personalised manufacture). For digital services, the right of withdrawal may lapse for services already performed if you have expressly consented to performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in that respect.

Note on subscriptions: Consent to auto-renewal and the mandatory information on term, fixed price and notice period (three months before the end of the period) are given during the order process. The statutory right of withdrawal for the initial contract remains unaffected; special rules for early commencement of digital services see above.
